Dear Sir,
I sent one of my warden to the Ministry of Inland Revenue Asaba e to process a Stamp Duty for my parcel of Land in Warri for which I have to pay a Government charge of NGN 44,000.00 Naira, my warden briefed me that the personnel in charge of that department needed another processing fee of NGN 6000.00 Naira that will not be accountable for with an official receipt. I wish to find out if that is the due process of operation in the Ministry.
