At about 15:35hrs on 11th April 2022: I Sent my sister to the atm room for cash withdrawal. from the cash she withdrew, Notes of N1000 × 4 was mutilated.
With full evidence, she was sidelines to not have access into the Banking hall during the Banking hour until the Bank closed.
The security team always found reluctant to do the needful but always eager to solicit from customer before doing the needful.
Pleading to the operation head to quickly correct the mess.
